In my move to Washington State, and on retirement from a career

with the US Forest Service, I am now entirely devoted to my passion

of so many years - weaving.

My Washington studio is aptly named

Weavers' Way for my current and future journey.

The Weavers' Way is an ancient foot path near Norfolk, England.

The name comes from this road leading to a major weaving community that

was once the highest employer in the area before the industrial revolution.

come visit my WEAVER's WAY and see how it's done.

Here is a great BBC video series that shares an appreciation of the technical

complexity of hand weaving.    Enjoy!
